摘  要:依据全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛S环形赛道挑战赛要求,实现无碳小车完成S环形轨迹路径并通过设置障碍桩,详细设计了一辆利用斜推杆凸轮控制转向的无碳小车。文中对小车的整体结构进行了设计,基于设计尺寸模拟仿真出轨迹重合度最高的凸轮,设计出的无碳小车具有结构简单、可靠性高及成本低等优点。为此,利用SolidWorks软件建立三维模型,利用Creo规划轨迹图,利用MATLAB仿真小车行走路线并生成凸轮。文中设计的无碳小车对初次设计的人员具有指导意义。According to the requirements of the S-ring Track Challenge of the National College Students Engineering Training Comprehensive Ability Competition,a carbon-free car was designed in detail to complete the S-ring track path of the car and to control the steering with the inclined push rod CAM by setting obstacle piles.In this paper,the overall structure of the car is designed.Based on the design size,the CAM with the highest degree of track overlap is simulated.The designed carbon-free car has the advantages of simple structure,high reliability and low cost.To this end,SolidWorks software is used to establish a threedimensional model,Creo is used to plan the trajectory diagram,MATLAB is used to simulate the car route and generate the CAM.The carbon-free car designed in this paper is of guiding significance to the first designer.
