摘 要:装配体功能尺寸最短路径树能够描述装配体中全部功能尺寸与相关零件尺寸之间的关系,建立装配体全相关尺寸模型。但对于复杂装配体,其要素众多,尺寸关系复杂,功能尺寸最短路径树及尺寸模型的建立很困难,不便在实际中应用。文中提出复杂装配体尺寸分级建模方法,研究复杂装配体分级的一般原则,基于最短路径理论对某装配体进行分级尺寸建模,证明该方法对复杂装配体的尺寸建模与求解是行之有效的。The shortest path tree of assembly dimensions can describe the relationship between the full functional dimensions and the dimensions of related parts in an assembly,and thus the full-correlated dimension model can be set up.However,since the complicated assemblies have many elements and complex dimensional relationships,it’s difficult to set up the shortest path tree and the dimension model,which brings inconvenience to their application in engineering practice.In this article,efforts are made to present a method of hierarchical dimension modeling of complicated assemblies,and the general grading principle of complicated assemblies is explored.The graded dimension models of an assembly are set up based on the theory of the shortest path,which proves that this method is effective for establishment and solution of dimension model for complicated assemblies.
