摘  要:为更科学有效地探索大众和医生对救护车内饰设计的感性需求,使救护车内饰设计更加理性化和人性化,同时,为优化眼动试验在产品设计中的应用流程,通过行业标准和实地调研确定了内饰设计的固定设计要素。通过创建扩展现实的沉浸式样本,并通过眼动试验确定内饰设计的重点设计要素。采用亲和图法、多维尺度分析法和聚类分析法分解代表性设计要素。通过专家访谈法对感性意象词进行筛选,用语义差异法将设计要素量化,并采用因子分析法探讨各意象间的内在联系。通过试验获得救护车内饰设计的代表性设计要素、感性意象和设计要素关联度均值表、各意象的内在联系分类和推荐的设计要素等,为救护车内饰设计提供了理性化参考;研究流程中,将扩展现实技术和眼动试验结合用于获取重点设计要素,为感性工学研究提供了一种新思路。The aim of this study was to explore public and doctor perceptual requirements for ambulance interior design more scientifically and effectively,make ambulance interior design more rational and humanized,and optimize application process of eye movement test in product design.The fixed design elements of interior design was determined through industry standards and field research.The key design elements of interior design were determined by expanding real samples and eye movement tests.KJ method,multi-dimensional scale analysis and cluster analysis were used to decompose representative design elements.Perceptual image words were screened by expert interview.Semantic difference method was used to quantify the design elements and factor analysis was used to explore internal relationships between the various images.The representative design elements of the ambulance interior design were obtained by experiments,as well as the mean table of the correlation between perceptual image and design elements,the classification of the internal relations of each image and the recommended design elements.These results provided rational references for interior design of ambulance.In the research process,extended reality technology and eye movement test were combined to obtain key design elements,which could provide a new idea for the research of Kansei engineering.
