摘 要:研究顶管隧道接头的力学性能和变形机制,对排查顶管隧道隐患具有重要意义。ABAQUS软件具有专业性的数据处理和分析功能,利用ABAQUS软件进行建模,形成基于ABAQUS的圆形刚顶管隧道承插接头抗弯刚度模型,进行模拟试验,研究力学性能因素。结果表明:承插接头应力变化受橡胶密封圈拉伸速度的影响较小,受硬度的影响较大。研究钢套管对接头抗弯刚度的影响,弯矩随张开角度的增加而增加,抗弯刚度随着钢套环的厚度的增加而增加,同时,随着钢套环的长度的增加而增加。Studying the mechanical properties and deformation mechanism of pipe jacking tunnel joint is great significance to investigate the hidden dangers of pipe jacking tunnel.ABAQUS software has professional data processing and analysis functions.ABAQUS software is used for modeling to form the bending stiffness model of socket joint of circular rigid jacking tunnel based on ABAQUS.Simulation experiments are carried out to study the factors affecting the mechanical properties of socket joints.The results show that the stress change of socket joint is less affected by the tensile speed of rubber seal ring and more affected by hardness.When studying the influence of steel casing on the bending stiffness of the joint,it is found that the bending moment increases with the increase of opening angle,the bending stiffness increases with the increase of the thickness of steel collar,and increases with the increase of the length of steel collar.
