西安市环境绅士化表征及动力机制研究

摘　　要：因绿地改善导致高收入群体涌入和原住民失所的现象被称为“环境绅士化”。以西安市为例,运用空间统计分析和质性研究等方法探析环境绅士化表征和促使其产生的动力机制。研究结果显示:绿地和房价在空间上呈现“高-高聚集”的区域具备了环境绅士化特征,如曲江池遗址公园等公共绿地的修建促进了周边社区物质环境改善、邻近绿地房价上涨和社会群体重构等;供给端的“生态租差”和需求端的“绿色消费”共同驱动着环境绅士化的产生,其中,在供需两端政府利用行政力量介入环境绅士化进程,发挥着主导作用;环境绅士化具有正向和负向的双重效应,在促进绿地资源均衡分配、改善居民生活质量和带动社会经济发展的同时也在一定程度上导致了原住民的社会网络分裂、直接或间接性失所;因城市发展阶段和实践模式的不同,西安市环境绅士化在发生地点、动力机制、参与主体、失所表现及应对方式等方面与西方国家有明显差异。"Environmental gentrification"means the influx of high-income group and the displacement of local residents due to the improvement of green space.Taking Xi'an as a case area,this paper comprehensively adopts spatial statistical analysis and qualitative research to explore the representation and the dynamic mechanism of environmental gentrification.The results show that the areas with"high-high concentration"of green space and housing prices have the characteristics of environmental gentrification,and the construction of public green spaces,such as the Qujiang Pool Relic Park,has caused changes including the improvement of the physical environment of surrounding communities,the rise of housing prices of nearby green spaces,and the reconstruction of social groups.The"ecological rent gap"on the supply side and the"green consumption"on the demand side jointly drive the emergence of environmental gentrification,in which the local government plays a leading role via administrative power to intervene in the process of environmental gentrification at both ends of supply and demand.The environmental gentrification has both positive and negative effects.On the one hand,it promotes the balanced distribution of green space resources,improves the life quality of residents,and promotes economic development.On the other hand,it also leads to the splitting of the social network and direct or indirect displacement of local residents.Due to differences in urban development stage and practice mode,the environmental gentrification of Xi'an is significantly different from Western countries in terms of location,dynamics mechanism,participants,and formofdisplacement.
