摘　　要：紫菀为止咳平喘之要药,其用药历史悠久,含有萜类、肽类、黄酮类、蒽醌类、香豆素类、有机酸和挥发油等多种化学成分。紫菀的传统药理作用为祛痰镇咳,有效成分为紫菀酮和表木栓醇。另外,现代药理研究发现紫菀还具有抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒、抗氧化等作用,但这方面的研究较少,可进行深入研究。炮制对紫菀的活性成分含量和药效有影响,有研究表明炒紫菀、酒紫菀、醋紫菀、蒸紫菀、蜜紫菀均能够提高紫菀酮的浸出含量,蜜炙紫菀可提高止咳药效。对紫菀的有效成分、药理作用及炮制方法进行综述,以期为紫菀的临床使用和开发利用提供参考。Aster Radixis an important antitussive and antiasthmatic drug,it has a long history of application in China,and its chemical composition is complex.The main components are terpenoids,peptides,flavonoids,anthraquinones,coumarins,organic acids and volatile oils.The traditional pharmacological effects of Aster Radix are expectorant and antitussive activity.In addition,modern pharmacological studies have also found that it has antibacterial,antiinflammatory,anti-virus,antioxidant and other effects.However,there are few studies in this area,which can be further studied.Processing has an effect on the content of active ingredients and the efficacy of Aster Radix.Some studies have shown that different processed products on the extracts of Aster Radix can increase the content of shionone extract,and honey processing can improve the antitussive efficacy.In this paper,the active ingredients,pharmacological effects and processing methods of Aster Radix were discussed and studied,in order to provide basis for the development and utilization of Aster Radix,expand the application scope of Aster Radix and make it play a greater role.
