当归药理作用及其在畜禽生产中的应用

摘　　要：当归野生资源稀少,流通药材以栽培为主,主要分布于甘肃、青海、云南、四川、湖北等地,其中以甘肃种植面积最大,质量以甘肃产区最优。人工选育的质优、丰产与抗逆性较高的当归新品系有岷归、窑归、云归等9个。当归作为常用的中药材,具有活血补血、保肝护肾、抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等多种药理作用,被广泛应用于医药、保健品及畜禽养殖等领域。当归作为饲料添加剂和兽药原料,不仅能促进禽畜生长,提高其抗病力和产品质量,而且与其他中药配伍的复方对动物产科和内科等疾病具有显著疗效,另外作为免疫佐剂,可显著提高畜禽免疫抗体效价。本文对当归资源、药理作用及其在畜禽生产中的应用等方面进行综述,旨在为其合理开发与利用提供参考。The wild resources of Angelica sinensis are scarce,and the medicinal materials of Angelica sinensis are mainly cultivated,mainly distributed in Gansu,Qinghai,Yunnan,Sichuan,Hubei and other places,among which Gansu is the largest in area and Gansu is the best in quality.Nine new strains of Angelica sinensis with excellent quality,high yield and high stress resistance were artificially bred,including Mingui,Yaogui and Yungui.As a commonly used Chinese medicinal material,Angelica sinensis has many pharmacological effects,such as promoting blood circulation and replenishing blood,protecting liver and kidney,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and anti-tumor,etc..It is widely used in medicine,health products and livestock and poultry breeding.Angelica sinensis is a feed additive and veterinary medicine raw material,which can not only promote the growth of livestock,improve their disease resistance and product quality,but also have a significant effect on diseases such as obstetrics and internal medicine.As an immune adjuvant,Angelica sinensis can significantly improve the titer of immune antibodies of livestock and poultry.In this paper,the resources,pharmacological action and application of Angelica sinensis in livestock and poultry production were reviewed in order to provide reference for its rational utilization and development.
