摘 要:以焦磷酸哌嗪(PAPP)、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)和季戊四醇(PER)为主阻燃剂,羟基锡酸锌(ZHS)为协效剂,制备了阻燃聚丙烯(PP)复合材料,研究不同添加量的PAPP基膨胀阻燃剂(IFR)对PP热稳定性和阻燃性能的影响,对比分析ZHS对PP阻燃抑烟及成炭性能的增强作用。结果表明,IFR/ZHS阻燃体系在PP复合材料中具有较高的阻燃效率和较好的抑烟效果,ZHS与IFR具有显著的协同阻燃作用。当IFR/ZHS总添加量为26%,ZHS为3%时,LOI值达到31.5%,通过UL 94 V-0级(1.6 mm),当温度为800℃时,PP复合材料的残炭率为9.21%,热释放速率峰值(PkHRR)和热释放总量(THR)降低至157.81 kW/m^(2)和112.55 MJ/m^(2),与未添加ZHS时相比,分别下降了12.69%和9.28%;同时烟密度(D_(S,max))下降至454,下降了10.28%。Flame retardant polypropylene(PP) composite were prepared with piperazine pyrophosphate(PAPP),melamine polyphosphate(MPP) and pentaerythritol(PER)as flame retardants,and zinc hydroxystannate(ZHS) as synergist.The effects of different amounts of PAPP-based intumescent flame retardant(IFR) on the thermal stability and flame retardancy of PP were studied,and the enhancement of ZHS on flame retardancy,smoke suppression and charring properties of PP were compared and analyzed.The results showed that IFR/ZHS flame retardant system had high flame retardancy and smoke suppression effect in PP composite,and ZHS and IFR had significant synergistic flame retardancy.When the total amount of IFR/ZHS was 26%and the total amount of ZHS was 3%,the LOI value reached 31.5%.After passing UL 94 V-0(1.6 mm),the carbon residue rate is 9.21%at 800℃,the peak heat release rate(PkHRR)and the total heat release rate(THR)are reduced to 157.81 kW/m^(2) and 112.55 MJ/m^(2),respectively,with 12.69% and 9.28%reduction compared with that without ZHS;Meanwhile,the smoke density D_(s,max)decreased to 454,with a decrease of 10.28%.
