摘 要:不可再生资源的高效回收利用是解决资源危机和环境问题的重要方法。废弃高密度聚乙烯(wHDPE)在生活垃圾中的比例较大,其高质化回收具有重要意义。固相拉伸方法可改善wHDPE的性能,通过控制固相拉伸温度、拉伸速率和拉伸倍率,调节wHDPE的取向度、晶体形态和力学性能,实现其高质化回收再利用。结果表明,固相拉伸不仅可以在强拉伸应力作用下,诱导wHDPE高度取向,温度、拉伸速率和拉伸倍率同样可以影响其取向度;经过固相拉伸,wHDPE的结晶度由79%降低至65%;当拉伸倍率达到200%时,可形成串晶结构,材料的屈服强度最大,其值为104 MPa,与未拉伸样品(22.87 MPa)相比,提高了354%,为wHDPE高质化回收利用提供了新方法。Highly-efficient recycling of nonrenewable resources was an important way to solve the resource crisis and environmental issue.Waste high-density polyethylene(wHDPE)waste plastic occupied a large proportion of domestic waste,whose high-quality recycling was of great significance.The solid-phase stretching method could adjust orientation degree,crystal morphology and mechanical property of wHDPE by controlling the solid-phase stretching temperature,stretching rate and stretching ratio,resulting in achieving high-quality recycling and reuse of wHDPE successfully.The results showed that solid-phase stretching made wHDPE form highly oriented structure under strong stress,in which temperature,stretching rate and stretching ratio could affect the orientation in some extent;After solid-phase stretching,the crystallinity of wHDPE was reduced from 79% to 65%;When the stretching ratio reached 200%,the shish-kebab structure could be formed,which made the yield strength of HDPE reach the maximum value of 104 MPa,an substantial increase of 355%compared with the 22.87 MPa of the unstretched sample.The provided a new way to recycle and reuse wHDPE.
