摘  要:设计优化了偏心距分别为0、2、3.5、5 mm的波状单螺杆元件,采用聚合物流动分析软件Polyflow对不同偏心距的波状单螺杆元件进行流场和混合性能的数值模拟。采用粒子示踪法,分析比较粒子经历的最大剪切速率、非弹性应力张量第一特征值、停留时间、混合指数、混合效率、分离尺度等表征混合性能的特征参数,同时,以体积流率表征对输送效率的影响。模拟分析结果表明,偏心距逐渐增大,螺槽深度周期性变化增大,物料受到的剪切作用、应力作用、拉伸作用等得到增强,更多粒子经历了更大的剪切速率、混合指数、停留时间等,有利于多组分物料的破碎和掺混,波状单螺杆元件的分散混合和分布混合性能均逐渐增强,同时,保证了较高的输送效率。The wavy single-screw elements with eccentricities of 0,2,3.5 and 5 mm were optimized.Numerical simulation on the flow field and mixing performance of wavy single-screw elements with different eccentricity by CFD software Polyflow.Particle tracer method was used.The max shear rate,first eigenvalue of inelastic stress tensor,residence time,mixing index,mixing efficiency,segregation scale and other characteristic parameters characterizing the mixing performance of the wavy single-screw elements were analyzed and compared.At the same time,the volume flow rate was used to characterize the influence on the transport efficiency.The simulation results showed that with the increase of eccentricity,the periodical variation of groove depth intensified,the shear action,stress action and tensile action of the materials can be enhanced,more particles experienced larger shear rate,mixing index and residence time and so on,which was more conducive to the crushing and mixing of multi-component materials.The dispersive mixing and distributed mixing performance of the wavy single-screw element were gradually enhanced,and the higher transmission efficiency was ensured.
