摘 要:利用Moldflow软件对高速列车内风挡的注射成型过程进行了有限元模拟,分别对浇口数量为12、14、16、18的4种注射成型方案进行了仿真分析,并且通过对比研究确定了高速列车内风挡注射成型的最佳浇口数目。结果表明,太多或者太少的注射浇口数目均会由于过热使胶料在充填过程中提前硫化,发生阻塞,不利于内风挡的成型;16个浇口的注射成型方案为最优方案,成型制品质量较高,填充和保压阶段切换压力为1.839 MPa,与方案B相比提高了99.7%,能够保障胶料充满整个模腔,模腔的填充时间较短,其值为103.7 s,锁模力较小,其值为3.1311×10^(7)N,并且制品的气穴和熔接线较少,分别是181个、21条。The article used Moldflow software to simulate the injection molding process of the inner windshield of highspeed trains.The four injection molding schemes with gate numbers of 12,14,16 and 18 were respectively simulated and analyzed,and then according to the comparative study,the optimal gate number for the injection molding of the windshield in the high-speed train was determined.The results showed that too many or too few injection gates caused the rubber to vulcanize in advance during the filling process due to overheating,which caused blockage,which was not conducive to the formation of the inner windshield;The injection molding solution with 16 gates was the optimal solution,and the quality of the molded products was high.At this time,the switching pressure during the filling and holding pressure phases was maintained at 1.839 MPa,which was 99.7%higher than the solution B,which could ensure that the compound filled the entire cavity.The filling time of the cavity was 103.7 s,which taked a short time.The clamping force of the mold was small,3.1311×10^(7)N,and the product may have fewer air pockets and weld lines,181 and 21 respectively.
