摘  要:针对我国输电杆塔故障难定位、巡检方法单一等问题,设计了一种基于输电杆塔的在线监测系统。通过泄漏电流-杆塔姿态采集装置和接地电阻采集装置,对输电杆塔的避雷器泄漏电流数据、杆塔3轴方位角数据、杆塔接地电阻数据进行采集;运用路由器网关并结合ZigBee和GPRS通信技术,将数据发送到服务器;服务器实时显示采集的数据,并记录历史数据,以便后期查询。当监测数据出现异常时,预警信息及杆塔位置信息被及时发送到巡检人员。实验证明,该系统稳定性强、测量精度高,可缩短故障维修时间,具备实现网络智能化管理输电杆塔的功能,具有很高的实用价值和推广价值。Aiming at the problems of difficult location and single inspection method of transmission tower fault in China,an online monitoring system based on transmission tower is designed.The lightning arrester leakage current data,tower 3-axis azimuth angle data and tower grounding resistance data of the transmission tower are collected through the leakage current-pole tower attitude acquisition device,grounding resistance acquisition device and router gateway.Use ZigBee and GPRS communication technology to send data to the server.The server displays the collected data in real time and records the historical data for later query.The experiment shows that the system has strong stability,high measurement accuracy,can shorten the time of fault maintenance,and has the function of realizing intelligent network management of transmission towers,which has high practical value and promotion value.
