摘  要:在工业机器人领域中,伺服系统得到了广泛的应用。为了克服普通电动摇臂操作精度低、臂杆移动不平稳以及定位不精准等缺陷,提高电动摇臂的控制性能,设计了一种以西门子S7-200 PLC为主控制器的直流无刷电机伺服系统。介绍了伺服控制系统原理及组成,从硬件设计和对多种运动状态编程两个角度,阐述了电动摇臂伺服系统的设计方案。实验结果表明,该系统控制精度较高,响应速率较快,抗干扰能力强,验证了方案的可行性。In the field of industrial robots,servo systems have been widely used.In order to overcome the shortcomings of low operation accuracy of ordinary electric rocker arm,unstable movement of arm rod and inaccurate positioning,and to improve the control performance of the electric rocker arm,a brushless DC motor servo system with Siemens S7-200 PLC as the main controller is designed.The principle and composition of the servo control system are introduced,and the design scheme of the electric rocker arm servo system is explained from two aspects of hardware design and programming of various motion states.Experimental results show that the system has high control accuracy,fast response rate and strong anti-interference ability,which verifies the feasibility of the scheme.
