摘  要:液压制动器是汽车制动系统的关键部件,由于现有加工工艺不成熟,制动器凹槽往往存在煤渣缺陷,对液压制动器进行缺陷检测十分必要。基于机器视觉原理,提出了一种非接触式制动器凹槽视觉采集方法。分析了液压制动器工作原理及缺陷成因,提出了系统的技术指标和功能需求并制定了总体方案;根据液压制动器凹槽的缺陷特性,运用图像分块直方图统计方法对煤渣缺陷检测结果进行分析。结果表明,该系统的检测准确率达99.6%,系统单件制动器缺陷检测节拍为25 s,效率高,可满足系统功能需求。Hydraulic brake is the key component of automobile braking system.Due to the immaturity of the existing processing technology,there are often cinder defects in the brake groove,so it is necessary to detect the defects of the hydraulic brake.Based on the principle of machine vision,a non-contact visual acquisition method of brake groove is proposed.In this paper,the working principle of hydraulic brake and the causes of defects are analyzed.The technical indicators and functional requirements of the system are put forward.The overall scheme is formulated.According to the defect characteristics of the hydraulic brake groove,the image block histogram statistical method is used to analyze the detection results of coal slag defects.The experimental results show that the detection accuracy of the system is 99.6%,and the detection beat of the single brake defect of the system is 25 s which can meet the functional requirements and has high efficiency.
