摘 要:随着电力系统中风电接入比例的不断提高,风电接入对电力系统的影响日益凸显。由于风电具有随机性、间歇性和波动性等特点,风力发电系统的可靠性对电力系统的频率造成较大影响。基于对含风电电力系统动态功率-频率特性的分析,在双馈风电机组的控制系统中增加了一个综合惯性频率控制模块,使得双馈风电机组依靠转子产生的动能完成电力系统的一次调频过程。仿真结果表明,附加的综合惯性频率控制模块能在负荷增加时响应频率变化,从而很好地控制电力系统的频率。With the increasing proportion of stroke power access in power system,the influence of wind power access on power system becomes increasingly important.Due to the randomness,intermittence and fluctuation of wind power,the reliability of wind power generation system has a great impact on the frequency of power system.In this paper,based on the analysis of the dynamic power-frequency characteristics of the power system with wind power,an integrated inertial frequency control module is added to the control system of the doubly fed wind turbine generator,so that the doubly fed wind turbine generator can complete the primary frequency modulation process of the power system by the kinetic energy generated by the rotor.The simulation results show that the additional integrated inertial frequency control module can respond to the change of frequency when the load increases,so as to control the frequency of the power system well.
