摘　　要：目的:讨论标准化早期康复护理对人工心脏起搏器术后预防患者肩关节并发症,以及对生活质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月到2022年1月在本院安装人工心脏起搏器患者112例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(起搏器术后常规护理)和实验组(标准化早期康复护理),比较两组患者术后护理方式对肩关节功能以及生活质量的影响,结论:实验优于对照组,P<0.05。标准化早期康复护理可以有效提升人工心脏起搏器手术患者肩关节功能和生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of early standardized rehabilitation nursing on shoulder function and quality of life of patients after artifi cial cardiac pacemaker surgery.Methods:112 patients installed artifi cial cardiac pacemaker in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(usual care)and the experimental group(standardization of early rehabilitation nursing)using the random number table method.The impact of postoperative nursing methods on shoulder joint function and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Conclusion:The experimental group is better than the control group(P<0.05).Early standardized rehabilitation can effectively improve shoulder function and quality of life in patients undergoing artifi cial cardiac pacemaker surgery.
