摘　　要：本文阐述了1200t/d熔窑烤窑设备布置,通过热电偶采集熔窑不同部位温度,制定合理的熔窑升温方案,并通过数字化系统,控制熔窑升温和保温时间,减少耐火材料膨胀炸裂,降低窑炉结构安全隐患,保证窑炉从烤窑向生产正常过渡,为后续大吨位熔窑烤窑提供一定的参考。This paper sets forth the heating-up equipment arrangement of 1200t/d furnace.Reasonable furnace heatingup scheme is formulated by collecting the temperatures of different parts of the furnace through thermocouple.The heating-up and holding time of the furnace can be controlled through the digital system to reduce the expansion and cracking of refractory materials,so that the safety hazards of the furnace structure can be reduced,and the furnace can be normally transitioned from the heating-up to the production,which provides certain reference for the heating-up of follow-up large-tonnage furnace.
