摘　　要：近年来困难气道管理领域的新指南、新概念、新技术和新工具不断涌现,如第四版美国麻醉医师协会《困难气道管理指南》的发布、“生理性困难气道”概念的提出和不断完善等,临床应用20多年的可视喉镜的性能得到了全面评价,新出现的可视声门上气道在临床气道管理中已显示出潜在优势。本文就困难气道管理的相关研究进展作一综述。In recent years,new guidelines,new concepts,new technologies and new tools in the field of difficult airway management have been emerging.For example,the fourth edition of American Society of Anesthesiologists'Guideline for Management of the Difficult Airway was released,and the concept of“physiologically difficult airway”was proposed and continuously improved.In addition,the performance of videolaryngoscopes widely used in clinical practice for more than 20 years has been comprehensively evaluated,and the new visual supraglottic airway devices have shown potential advantages in clinical airway management.This paper reviews the research progress in the field of difficult airway management.
