摘　　要：从用户角度探究城市公共阅读空间公众使用意愿的重要影响因素及各因素之间的组合效应,对阅读空间建设意义显著。文章基于推拉理论和自我决定理论构建城市公共阅读空间公众使用意愿影响因素理论模型,以某市常住居民为研究样本,基于结构方程模型,运用AMOS软件对模型进行检验,基于fsQCA对因素中的6个前因条件进行条件组态分析并提出相关建议。研究结果表明,胜任需要、归属需要、期望价值、资源设施、服务水平对公众使用意愿有显著正向影响,空间环境没有显著影响。条件组态分析表明,公众使用意愿需要推力与拉力因素同时存在、相互配合,归属需要与期望价值是促使用户使用城市公共阅读空间的核心条件。It is of great significance for the construction of reading space to explore the important influencing factors of public willingness to use urban public reading space and the combination effect between factors from the perspective of users.Based on the push pull theory and self determination theory,this article constructs a theoretical model of the factors that affect the public's use willingness to urban public reading space.Taking the permanent residents of a city as a research sample,based on the structural equation model,the model is tested using Amos software.Based on the fsQCA,the six antecedents of the factors are analyzed for conditional configuration,and relevant suggestions are proposed.The results show that competency needs,belonging needs,expected values,resources and facilities,and service levels have a significant positive impact on public use willingness,while spatial environmental have no significant impact.The analysis of conditions configuration indicates that the public's willingness to use requires both thrust and pull factors to exist and interact with each other.The need for attribution and expected value are the core conditions that encourage users to use urban public reading spaces.
