3D打印视角下我国实施阅读障碍者著作权法例外制度的思考

摘　　要：文章通过分析3D打印视觉艺术作品的可获取性、可接触性和可用性,探讨我国《著作权法》阅读障碍者例外制度的实施现状,指出文化记忆机构应降低3D打印作品和服务的侵权风险,提高数字生成能力以扩大适配阅读障碍者的作品开放获取范围,并提高我国基层无障碍环境建设水平,以应对我国《著作权法》关于阅读障碍者例外制度的修法实施。The article analyzes the accessibility and usability of 3D printed visual art works,explores the situation of the implementation of the Copyright Law exception system for persons with dyslexia in China,and indicates that cultural memory institutions should reduce the tort of 3D printing works and services,strengthen digital production capacity to expand open access to works adapted for dyslexia,improving the construction level of barrierfree environment in China and the implementation of exception system of the Copyright Law.
