摘　　要：文章以柏林工业大学科研数据管理服务中心(SZF)为研究对象,从数据基础设施、组织协作关系及管理运营团队三方面进行系统分析,进而探讨我国高校建设校级RDM服务中心的必要性,并提出具体建设策略:构建空间集群化、功能集成化的科研数据基础设施;以图书馆为主体加强部门合作,基于数据生命周期构建完整的协作运行机制;打造有利于RDM服务中心发展的专业化服务团队。This study takes the Scientific Research Data Management Service Center of the Technical University of Berlin as the research object,and systematically analyzes the data infrastructure,organizational operation mode and management team.And it discusses the necessity of building RDM service centers in domestic universities,and puts specific construction strategies,such as building a spatial and functional clustering of scientific research data infrastructure;strengthening departmental cooperation with libraries as the main body,and building a complete collaborative operation mechanism based on the data life cycle;creating a professional service team conducive to the development of RDM service center.
