摘  要:文章以日本RU11学术研究恳谈会成员图书馆为研究样本,利用问卷调查、案头调研、邮件核查、对比分析、扎根研究等方法分析样本馆科研支持服务实践经验。结果表明,样本馆在科研资源服务、科研咨询服务与学术出版服务3个方面的特色优势突出:依托新媒体平台一站式推送科研资源,以用户画像为依据设计科研咨询服务模式,开发覆盖用户科研全流程的学术出版服务内容。我国高校图书馆可参考其经验,利用新媒体技术为用户量身定制科研资源获取解决方案,创建一体化、情境化、社交化科研咨询服务模式,基于用户资源偏好与科研进度优化学术出版服务内容,形成彰显自身特色的科研支持服务新格局。This paper takes the member libraries of RU11 as the research samples,analyzes the practical experience of the research support service of the sample libraries by means of questionnaire,desk investigation,email verification,comparative analysis and grounded research.The study found that the sample library in the scientific research resources,scientific research and consulting service and academic publishing service three aspects of characteristic advantage is outstanding,onestop push scientific research resources,based on a new media platform based on user's portrait design research consulting service mode,development covers the whole flow path of user research academic publishing service content.University libraries in China may refer to this experience,the use of new media technology solutions tailored for the user research resources,create integration,situational and social scientific research and consulting service mode,based on the needs of the user preference and research progress of resources to optimize the academic publishing service content,forming new show the features of its own scientific research support service system.
