摘　　要：在新形势下,罪犯劳动改造的开展,价值体认是根本。把罪犯劳动改造的根本置于价值体认,既是一种对罪犯劳动改造本义的坚守,也是一种超越,特别是对偏重于单纯追求产值或止于表层的超越。罪犯劳动改造价值体认要明晰四个重要维度:罪犯劳动改造与法律,罪犯劳动改造与罪犯人性复归,罪犯劳动改造与自食其力,罪犯劳动改造与幸福。把握好五个关系:政治思想教育与劳动的关系,体力劳动与脑力劳动的关系,简单劳动与复杂劳动的关系,眼下与将来的关系,社会效益与经济效益的关系。In the new situation,value recognition is fundamental to the development of criminals'reform through labor.Putting the root of criminals'reform through labor into value recognition is not only a kind of adherence to the original meaning of criminals'reform through labor,but also a kind of transcendence,especially a kind of transcendence that focuses on purely pursuing the output value or stopping at the superficial level.The recognition of the value of criminal reform through labor should clarify four important dimensions:criminal reform through labor and the law,criminal reform through labor and the return of criminal humanity,criminal reform through labor and self-reliance,and criminal reform through labor and happiness.Five relationships should be treated properly:the relationship between political and ideological education and labor,the relationship between physical labor and mental labor,the relationship between simple labor and complex labor,the relationship between the present and the future,and the relationship between social benefits and economic benefits.
