摘 要:辊道炉作为永磁铁氧体材料生产的关键工艺设备,具有能耗高的特点,节能降耗已成为行业发展的重点和趋势。针对永磁铁氧体烧结的工艺特性,开发了分体式双层辊道炉,介绍了设备的设计过程和方法,以及双层分体式结构、余热利用和工艺优化等关键技术。试验结果表明:双层辊道炉的产能增加约75.56%,能耗降低约18.67%,达到显著增产降耗的开发目标。As the key process equipment of permanent magnet ferrite production,roller hearth kiln has the characteristics of high energy consumption.Energy saving and consumption reduction has become the focus and trend of industry development.According to the process characteristics of permanent ferrite sintering,a split double-layer roller hearth furnace is developed.The design process and method of the equipment are introduced,as well as the key technologies such as double-layer split structure,waste heat utilization and process optimization.The results show that the capacity of double-layer roller hearth kiln is increased by about 75.56%,and the energy consumption is reduced by about 18.67%,reaching the development goal of significantly increasing production and reducing consumption.
