摘  要:特钢线材生产线涉及的钢种多且化学成分、晶粒组织、性能要求差别大,不同类别钢种钢坯的加热工艺制度及对加热质量的控制要求差异也很大。表面脱碳是特钢线材热轧生产中遇到的重要质量问题,对产品的最终使用性能有重大影响。通过对加热炉的加热段炉温控制区域细分,实现各区域炉温的精确控制,不仅能适应不同钢种钢坯的加热要求,并且能有效控制易脱碳钢坯加热过程中的表面脱碳。The special steel wire rod production line involves many kinds of steel,and the requirements for chemical composition,grain structure and performance vary greatly.The heating process system and requirements for heating quality control of different types of steel billets also vary greatly.Surface decarburization is an important quality problem encountered in the production of special steel wire rod hot rolling,which has a significant impact on the enduse performance of the product.By subdividing the heating section temperature control area of the heating furnace and achieving precise control of the furnace temperature in each area,it can not only adapt to the heating requirements of different steel grades,but also effectively control the surface decarburization during the heating process of decarburization-prone billets.
