摘　　要：钢铁行业中轧钢厂使用的加热炉主要用于钢坯轧制前的加热,步进式加热炉内部的钢坯一般采用炉内悬臂辊道的出钢方式。悬臂辊道的辊套容易损坏,增加了运行成本。对悬臂辊道的改造和运行,提高了悬臂辊道的使用寿命,降低了设备的成本,值得推广应用。The heating furnace used by rolling mills in the iron and steel industry is mainly used for heating the billet before rolling.The billet inside the stepping heating furnace generally adopts the tapping method of cantilever roller table in the furnace.The roller sleeve of cantilever roller table is easy to be damaged,which increases the operation cost.Through the transformation and operation of cantilever roller table,the service life of cantilever roller table is improved and the cost of equipment is reduced,it is worth popularizing and applying.
