摘　　要：凌钢对现有设备开展超低排放改造,200万t球团回转窑脱硝工程是其中重要的一个项目,项目采用前置(在多管除尘器与回热风机之间)SNCR+SCR脱硝工艺,并新建多管除尘器。改造完成后,排放的烟气中NOx浓度≤50 mg/m^(3),满足了国家超低排放要求。Linggang has carried out ultra-low emission transformation of existing equipment.The denitration project of the 2 million tons pellet rotary kiln is an important project.The project uses the SNCR+SCR denitration process in front(between the multi-tube dust collector and the regenerative fan),and builds a new multi-tube dust collector.After the transformation,NO_(x) concentration in the discharged flue gas is≤50 mg/m^(3),meeting the national ultra-low emission requirements.
