摘  要:介绍了卧式冷轧镀锌机组烟气余热回收利用节能系统的实现方法,阐述了冷轧连续退火炉的无氧化炉、辐射管加热炉及均热炉烟气余热的回收系统的配置、结构、控制方式及功能实现。本系统在镀锌机组上经过一年的稳定运行,结果表明,该系统控制性能优越,蒸汽回收量稳定,投资回报率高、效果良好,值得推广应用。The realization method of energy-saving system for flue gas waste heat recovery and utilization of horizontal cold rolling galvanizing unit is introduced,and the system configuration,structure,control mode and function realization of flue gas waste heat recovery system of non oxidation furnace,radiant tube heating furnace and soaking pit of cold rolling continuous annealing furnace are expounded.After one year of stable operation on the galvanizing unit,the results show that the system has superior control performance and stable steam recovery,the return on investment is high and the effect is good,which is worth popularizing and applying.
