摘 要:本文主要从碳素本身入手,研究一种改型碳源的引入对ASC浇注料性能的影响,以棕刚玉、碳化硅、氧化铝粉、硅微粉、碳源、抗氧化剂为主要原料,其中碳源包括改性碳和常规碳,试验中改性碳逐渐增加,为保证碳素总量相当,常规碳逐渐减少,其中改性碳按照0、0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%的比例引入,试验了不同改性碳的加入量对浇注料性能的影响。结果显示:随改性碳的增加,体密先变大后变小,强度先增强后减弱,线变化率逐渐下降,抗氧化性逐渐变好,当改性碳引入量达到1%时,物料综合指标最好。The influence of the introduction of a modified carbon source on the properties of ASC castables is mainly studied from the carbon itself,including brown corundum,silicon carbide Aluminum oxide powder,silicon powder,carbon source and antioxidant are the main raw materials.The carbon source includes modified carbon and conventional carbon.In the test,the modified carbon gradually increases.In order to ensure that the total amount of carbon is equal,the conventional carbon gradually decreases.The modified carbon is introduced in the proportion of 0,0.5%,1%,1.5% and 2%.The effects of the addition amount of different modified carbon on the properties of castable are tested.The results show that with the increase of modified carbon,the body density first increases and then decreases,the strength first increases and then decreases,the linear change rate gradually decreases,and the oxidation resistance gradually improves.When the amount of modified carbon reaches 1%,the comprehensive index of the material is the best.
