摘　　要：针对轧钢一厂推钢式加热炉年终大修更换铬钢玉出钢槽砖后出现铬钢玉出钢槽砖磨损异常的现象,分别从铬钢玉出钢槽砖材质、施工和使用工况3个方面对铬钢玉出钢槽砖磨损异常进行分析,最终推断为铬钢玉出钢槽砖材质存在问题。更换不同批次的铬钢玉出钢槽砖后磨损未出现异常现象,满足生产要求。Aimming at the phenomenon of abnormal wcar of chromc steel jade tapping groove brick after the replacement of chrome steel jade tapping groove brick in the pusher heating furnace of No.1 stel rolling plant at the end-of-year,the abnormal wear of chrome steel jade tapping groove brick is analyzed from three aspects of chrome steel jade tapping groove brick material,construction and service conditions,and finally it is concluded that there is a problem in the material of chrome steel jade tapping groove brick.After replacing different batches of chrome steel jade tapping trough bricks,there was no abnormal wear,meeting the production requirements.
