摘 要:液压支架试验台在进行压架试验时,中梁销轴受力工况恶劣,易出现断轴现象。采用在销轴孔内部增加锥角的方法,改善销孔与销轴配合边缘处出现应力集中的现象,并基于正交试验方法研究关键尺寸参数对销轴结构应力、应变、最大变形量的影响规律。结果表明,影响销轴受力的参数按重要程度排序依次为孔轴间缝隙、销轴孔边缘板厚、销轴孔壁厚、销轴孔锥角角度、销轴孔锥角长度。采用模糊分析方法对各参数进行优化分析,得到最优解集:孔轴间缝隙为2 mm、销轴孔边缘板厚为62mm、销轴孔壁厚为80 mm、销轴孔锥角角度为0.1°、销轴孔锥角长度为280 mm。仿真验证表明,优化方案对减小液压支架试验台中梁插拔销轴的最大应力、剪切应力和最大变形量效果明显,可有效提高中梁插拔销轴承载能力。When the hydraulic support test bench was carrying out the pressure test,the middle beam pin shaft was under great stress and could break easily.The method of increasing the cone angle inside the pin hole was used to relieve the stress concentration at the mating edge of the pin hole and the pin shaft,meanwhile,the influence of key dimension parameters on the stress,strain and maximum deformation of the pin shaft structure was studied based on the orthogonal test.The results showed that,in order of importance,the parameters affecting the stress of the pin shaft were the gap between the hole and the shaft,the thickness of the edge plate of the pin hole,the wall thickness of the pin hole,the angle of the cone angle for the pin hole,and the length of the cone angle for the pin hole.The fuzzy analysis method was used to optimize the parameters,and the optimal solution set was obtained as follows:the gap between the hole and the shaft was 2 mm,the edge plate thickness of the pin hole was 62 mm,the wall thickness of the pin hole was 80 mm,the cone angle of the pin hole was 0.1°,and the length of the cone angle length for the pin hole was 280 mm.The simulation verification showed that the optimization scheme had obvious effect on reducing the maximum stress,shear stress and maximum deformation of the middle beam plug-in pin shaft of the hydraulic support test bench,and could effectively improve the bearing capacity of the middle beam plug-in pin shaft.
