会泽高硫铅锌矿铅硫混合浮选作业工艺流程考察及分析

摘　　要：为获得更佳的浮选指标及生产效益,将常规流程考察与工艺矿物学研究相结合,对某选矿厂的铅硫(硫铁矿)混合浮选系统进行了分析诊断。通过流程考察,查明了混合浮选作业中铅、锌、铁金属走向及生产流程中存在的问题,主要表现在铅硫混合浮选阶段黄铁矿浮选速度较方铅矿慢,与闪锌矿可浮性差异较小,结果导致铅、锌、铁的异步等可浮;铅、铁金属主要以细粒级单体和粗粒级连生体损失于混合浮选尾矿中;闪锌矿主要以单体的形式进入铅硫混合粗精矿中,导致铅硫混合粗精矿中锌品位较高。后续通过在铅硫混合浮选作业阶段添加泡沫调整剂、新型闪锌矿抑制剂及新型起泡剂,获得铅硫混合精矿锌品位为11.84%、铅回收率为91.87%、铁回收率为80.65%的技术指标。In order to obtain better flotation indexes and production benefits,the lead sulfur(pyrite)mixed flotation system of a concentrator was analyzed and diagnosed by combining the conventional process investigation with the process mineralogy study.Through the process investigation,the trend of lead,zinc and iron metals in the mixed flotation operation and the problems in the production process were found out,mainly manifested in the fact that during the lead sulfur mixed flotation stage,the flotation speed of pyrite was slower than that of galena,and the floatability difference between pyrite and sphalerite was small,resulting in the asynchronous floatability of lead,zinc and iron.Lead and iron metals were mainly lost in the mixed flotation tailings in forms of fine-grained monomer and coarse-grained aggregate;meanwhile,sphalerite mainly entered the lead-sulfur mixed rough concentrate in the form of monomer,resulting in high zinc grade in the lead-sulfur mixed rough concentrate.Subsequently,by adding foam regulator,new sphalerite inhibitor and new foaming agent in the lead sulfur mixed flotation operation stage,the technical indexes of lead sulfur mixed concentrate with zinc grade of 11.84%,lead recovery rate of 91.87%and iron recovery rate of 80.65%were obtained.
