摘　　要：为提高环境保护,降低罐区挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)排放,通过增加油气收集控制管道系统、增压风机、压缩机(利旧)、缓冲罐及其配套设施等治理设施,对公司储存轻质油品35台储罐、重质油品7台储罐进行技术改造,减少油气挥发,使VOCs排放达标。In order to improve environmental protection and reduce VOC emissions in tank areas,technical transformation of 35storage tanks for light oil products and 7storage tanks for heavy oil products was carried out by adding control facilities such as oil and gas collection and control pipeline system,booster fans,compressors and supporting facilities,so as to reduce oil and gas volatilization and achieve VOC emission standards.
