摘 要:目的 比较一次性复方双链季铵盐消毒湿巾擦拭、75%酒精纱布擦拭和热力消毒对铜质刮痧板的消毒效果。方法 取患者使用后的刮痧板,采用随机数字表随机分入A、B、C 3组。A组采用一次性复方双链季铵盐消毒湿巾进行表面擦拭消毒2~3 min;B组采用75%酒精纱布进行表面擦拭消毒2~3 min;C组采用温度为90℃,时间为5min进行热力消毒。采用ATP生物荧光法和细菌培养法检测消毒对象样品,评价消毒效果。结果 3种消毒方法,经ATP生物荧光检测,合格率均为100%;细菌培养法,A、C组合格率均为100%,B组为92.9%。消毒后,ATP生物荧光检测和细菌培养菌落数检测3组消毒方式的合格率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.726,P>0.05)。结论 通过细菌培养法表明3种消毒方式的合格率均较好,ATP生物荧光法检测可推荐作为现场督查中医诊疗器具清洗消毒效果的参考手段。Objective To compare the efficacy of disposable compound double chain quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant wipes, 75% alcohol gauze wipes and thermal disinfection on copper scraping plate.Methods The scraping plate used by the patients was randomly divided into three groups A, B and C by using a random number table. Group A was disinfected with disposable compound double chain ammonium salt disinfectant wipes for 2-3 minutes, and group B was sterilized with 75% alcohol gauze for 2-3 minutes, group C was sterilized with heat at 90℃ for 5 minutes. The disinfection effect was detected by ATP bioluminescence and bacterial culture.Results The qualified rate of the three disinfection methods was 100%by ATP biofluorescence detection. In the bacterial culture method, the qualification rate of group A and C was 100%, and that of group B was 92. 9%. After disinfection, there was no statistically significant difference in the qualification rate of the three groups in ATP biofluorescence detection and bacterial culture colony count detection(χ^(2) = 2. 726, P>0. 05). Conclusion The qualified rate of the three disinfection methods is good through the bacterial culture method. ATP bioluminescence method can be recommended as a reference method for on-site inspection of the cleaning and disinfection effect of medical instruments.
