摘　　要：本文阐释了中药种质资源的基本概念、主要类型和重要特征,提出并建立了中药种质资源离体保存和在体保存体系,阐明了干燥密封保存、超干种子贮藏、低温保存、超低温保存、组织培养保存、DNA保存和自然保护区就地保存、异地迁地保存、种质资源圃保存的方法,对中药种质资源世代相传、多样性保护和可持续发展具有重要意义。This paper explains the basic concept,main types and important characteristics of Chinese medicine germplasm resources,puts forward and establishes the system of in vitro and in vivo preservation of Chinese medicine germplasm resources,expounds the methods of dry sealed preservation,ultra-dry seed storage,low temperature preservation,ultra-low temperature preservation,tissue culture preservation,DNA preservation,local preservation in natural reserves,off-site ex-situ preservation,and germplasm resources nursery preservation,and passes on the Chinese medicine germplasm resources from generation to generation Diversity protection and sustainable development are of great significance.
