长沙近现代公馆低碳保护更新设计策略研究

摘　　要：在长沙近现代公馆的保护更新过程中,面临着街区环境无序混乱、配套设施年久失修、建筑构件老化缺失、自发性改造与整体风貌格格不入以及公馆精神文化传承不足等问题。基于低碳文化思维,阐述在长沙近现代公馆的保护更新过程中所体现的低碳观念,提出长沙近现代公馆总体环境的低碳改造设计策略、配套设施更新策略、空间更新设计策略、建筑材料循环利用设计策略以及文化传承、更新设计策略,为长沙近现代公馆保护更新设计提供全新思路。In the process of protection and renewal of modern residence in Changsha,there are many problems,such as disorder of the street environment,disrepair of supporting facilities,aging and lack of building components,spontaneous transformation and the overall style and features are incompatible,and the spiritual and cultural heritage of the residence is insufficient.Based on the low carbon cultural thinking,this paper expounds the low carbon concept embodied in the protection and renewal process of Changsha modern residence,and puts forward the low carbon transformation design strategy,supporting facilities renewal strategy,space renewal design strategy,building materials recycling design strategy,as well as cultural inheritance and renewal design strategy of the overall environment of Changsha modern residence,providing a new idea for the protection and renewal design of Changsha modern residence.
