摘　　要：近零能耗建筑的能耗统计包括供暖、供冷、照明、生活热水与电梯共五类,主要的技术体系包括被动式节能系统、主动式节能系统和智能化、自动化系统。The energy consumption statistics of nearly zero energy consumption building include five categories:supply heating,cooling,lighting,domestic hot water and elevators.The main technical systems include the passive energy-saving systems,the active energy-saving systems and the intelligent and automatic systems.
