摘　　要：建筑设施数字资产已成为我国社会经济发展的重要物质基础。为此,急需实现建筑设施全生命周期的数字化,为社会公众提供建筑设施的全生命周期数据服务势在必行。本文基于国家和地方建筑设施信息化相关标准规范,从建筑设施全生命周期的数据采集入手,研究建筑设施数字资产公共服务的内涵,并研究了建筑设施数字资产公共平台功能和保障体系建设,探索建筑设施数字资产公共服务的规律,全面提升我国建筑行业健康和高质量发展。Digital assets of building facilities have become the important material basis of social and economic development in China.Therefore,it is urgent to realize the digitization of the whole life cycle of construction facilities,and it is imperative to provide the data service of the whole life cycle of construction facilities for the public.In this paper,based on national and local building facility informatization related standards and specifications,from the data acquisition of whole life cycle of building facilities,research the connotation of building public service facilities digital assets,and study the function of public platform construction digital assets and security system construction,explore the rule of building public service facilities digital assets,We will comprehensively promote the healthy and high-quality development of China'sconstruction industry.
