摘 要:随着科学技术的迅猛发展,自动化生产线、柔性制造、智能工厂、工业机器人等对设备自动化程度的要求越来越高,相应对PLC的编程应用要求也越来越高。本文归纳总结了研发一款自动化设备其中电控系统设计的一般步骤和思路,为电控设计初学者提供了方向,并对其中PLC程序的编写进行了总结,提出了顺序控制的编程的4种方法:启动-保持-停止、置位SET复位RST、顺序控制指令SCR、传送比较指令MOV。文中对这几种编程方法逐一进行了讲解,使用这些方法,可以把复杂的程序结构化、模块化、简单化,从而更快地掌握PLC的编程思路,缩短学习时间,提高效率。With the rapid development of science and technology,the requirements for equipment automation,such as automatic production line,flexible manufacturing,intelligent factories,and industrial robots,are becoming increasingly higher.As a result,the requirements for PLC programming applications are becoming more demanding.This paper summarizes the general steps and ideas for designing the electronic control system of an automation equipment and provides direction for beginners in electronic design.The preparation of the PLC program is also summarized,and four methods of sequential control programming are proposed:start-hold-stop,set-reset,sequential control command(ScR),and transfer comparison instruction(Mov).In this paper,each of these programming methods is explained in detail.By using these methods,complex programs can be structured,modularized and simplified,making it easier to grasp the programming ideas of PLC and reducing the learning time and improve the efficiency.
