摘　　要：设计了硫化剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)/TAIC-50%4种不同用量的HNBR胶料配方;采用无转子硫化仪及数学分析法研究了4种不同HNBR胶料的硫化动力学行为。结果表明,随着硫化剂用量的增大,HNBR胶料最高转矩变大,工艺正硫化时间缩短,硫化反应速率常数和反应活化能均变小。Four kinds of HNBR compounds with different curative DCP/TAIC-5o%were de-signed,and their curing kinetics behaviors were studied by moving die rheometer and mathematical a-nalysis.The results showed that with the increase of the amount of curative,the maximum torque of HNBR increased and the optimum cure time shortened,the reaction rate constant and reaction activa-tion energy decreased.
