摘  要:考察了PT-75/903硫化体系CM相混炼胶预硫化时间对CR/CM并用胶硫化特性及力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用共硫化体系并延长CM相混炼胶预硫化时间,CR/CM并用胶2相交联速率可进一步相匹配,2相交联网络更加均匀;随CM相混炼胶预硫化时间的延长,CR/CM并用胶硬度、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和200%定伸应力均大于非预硫化并用胶或预硫化时间短的并用胶;延长CM相混炼胶预硫化时间,CR/CM并用胶拉伸应力松弛和压缩应力松弛初始值和平衡值均增大。The effect of CM phase pre-vulcanization time on the vulcanization characteristics and mechanical properties of CR/CM blends using PT-75/903 vulcanization system was studied.The re-sults showed that by using the co-vulcanization system and prolonging the CM phase pre-vulcanization time,the 2-phase crosslinking rate of CR/CM could be further matched,and the 2-phase crosslinking network was more uniform.With the prolongation of CM phase pre-vulcanization time,the hardness,tensile strength,tensile elongation and modulus at 200%of CR/CM blended rubber were higher than those without pre-vulcanization time or with shorter pre-vulcanization time,and the initial relaxation value and equilibrium value of tensile and compressive stress of CR/CM blends increased.
