摘  要:研究了3种二硫代氨基甲酸锌类(ZDC)硫化促进剂(PZ,EZ和BZ)对NBR/PVC硫化发泡匹配性及发泡材料性能的影响。结果表明,用量均为2.2份时,加入促进剂PZ的发泡材料硫化发泡匹配性和性能均最佳;加入促进剂EZ或促进剂BZ的发泡材料硫化发泡匹配性和性能均较差,表观密度和导热系数均较高;加入促进剂EZ的发泡材料出现硫化超前、发泡滞后的现象;加入促进剂BZ的发泡材料硫化程度不足,难以满足泡孔增长需求。The effects of three kinds of Zinc Dithiocarbamate(ZDC)vulcanization accelerators(PZ,EZ and BZ)on the matching of NBR/PVC vulcanized foams and the properties of foaming mate-rials were studied.The results showed that when the accelerator dosage was 2.2 phr,the vulcaniza-tion foaming matching and properties of the foaming materials added with accelerator PZ were the best;The vulcanization foaming matching and properties of the foaming materials added with accelera-tor EZ or accelerator BZ were poor,and the apparent density and thermal conductivity were high;The foaming materials added with accelerator EZ had the phenomena of vulcanization leading and foaming lagging;The degree of vulcanization of the foaming materials added with accelerator BZ was insuffi-cient to meet the requirements of cell growth.
