摘 要:针对轨道交通橡胶材料疲劳性能试验,设计了一种新型带有高低温环境箱18通道单轴拉伸疲劳试验机,并与现有橡胶材料疲劳试验方案进行了分析比对,重点应用新型试验机对2种试样进行了3种不同应力水平的拉伸疲劳试验,获取了橡胶材料载荷与疲劳次数曲线。结果表明,新型试验方案结构设计合理,各项功能均满足橡胶材料疲劳寿命预测试验要求;疲劳载荷增大,橡胶材料疲劳次数减小,尤其在高应力水平区变化最为明显,试样2#疲劳性能优于试样1#。Aiming at the rubber fatigue performance test of rail transit,a new 18-channel uniaxial tensile fatigue testing machine with a high and low temperature environment chamber was designed,analyzed and compared with the existing fatigue testing machine.The new testing machine was used to carry out three different tensile fatigue tests on two samples,and the load and fatigue frequency curves of rubber materials were obtained.The results showed that its structure design was reasona-ble,and all the functions met the requirements of rubber fatigue life prediction test.With the increase of fatigue load,the fatigue frequency of rubber material decreased,especially in the high stress level.The fatigue performance of sample 2#was better than sample 1#.
