摘 要:煤堆表面结构复杂且点云数据量大,传统的Delaunay三角网剖分算法无法满足企业实际需求。为了快速、精准地完成煤堆曲面重构,提出了基于组合三角剖分的改进Delaunay三维重构算法,该算法将剖分过程分为区域分块、单区域剖分及区域连接3个步骤。通过对标准煤堆模型测量实验,10次测量平均误差为2.66%,算法的稳定性和精度都较高。最后以徐州某发电厂的封闭储煤基地为试验场所,分别通过逐点插入法、三角网生长法与本文提出的改进算法,对煤堆进行三维重构。对比发现,改进算法重构曲面更加细腻,在构网点数、狭长三角形数及时间上表现均为最优,重构时间89 s,测量误差仅为0.21%,满足效率与精度要求。The surface structure of coal pile is complex and the amount of point cloud data is large.The traditional Delaunay triangulation algorithm cannot meet the actual needs of enterprises.In order to complete the surface reconstruction of coal pile quickly and accurately,an improved Delaunay 3D reconstruction algorithm based on combined triangulation is proposed.The algorithm divides the triangulation process into three steps:region segmentation,single region segmentation and region connection.Through the measurement experiment of standard coal pile model,the average error of 10 measurements is 2.66%,and the stability and accuracy of the algorithm are high.Finally,taking the closed coal storage base of a power plant in Xuzhou as the test site,the three-dimensional reconstruction of the coal pile is carried out by the point-by-point insertion method,the triangular network growth method and the improved algorithm proposed in this paper.By comparison,it is found that the improved algorithm recon-structs the surface more finely and performs best in the number of mesh points,the number of long and narrow triangles and the time.The reconstruction time is 89 s,and the measurement error is only 0.21%,which meets the requirements of efficiency and accuracy.
