思想政治教育视域下高校学生社区综合管理模式建构思考

摘　　要：高校学生社区作为立德树人的新场域,学生社区思想政治教育成效直接影响当代大学生的成长成才。高校思想政治教育可以推动学生社区综合管理模式改革为契机,将学生社区综合管理模式改革与思想政治教育相结合,重点把握教育理念、教育内容、教育资源、教育评估等方面。在此,提升学生社区思想政治教育可通过坚持“立德树人”教育理念,持续增强教育内容吸引力,拓展创新教育方式,完善并落实教育评估机制等路径,更好地发挥全员、全过程、全方位育人作用。As a new field of moral education,the effect of the ideological and political education of students’community directly affects the growth of contemporary college students.Ideological and political education in colleges and universities can taking promoting the reform of comprehensive management mode of student community as an opportunity,combining the reform of comprehensive management mode of student community with ideological and political education,and focusing on the educational concept,educational content,educational resources,educational evaluation and other aspects.Hereby,to improve the ideological and political education of students is to adhere the education concept of“moral education”,continuously enhance the attractiveness of education content,expand and innovate education methods,improve and implement the education evaluation mechanism,so as to better play the role of all staff,the whole process and all-round education.
