摘　　要：新技术、新业态、新产业、新模式已经成为当今社会产业升级与发展的必然要求,社会对建筑电气与智能化专业人才的需求也与时俱进。以长春工程学院建筑电气与智能化专业建设为例,介绍了在新工科背景下,结合学校办学定位及人才培养目标,以“学生能力提升”为核心进行的一系列教学改革与实践。主要包括:构建“分段培养、模块化教学、强化实践”应用型人才培养体系;利用新技术和新手段,整合和优化课程体系,进行多维度教学方式的课程建设;搭建多层次、模块化的实践平台,锻炼学生工程实践能力;“以赛代练”,培养创新意识,提高学生实践创新能力。New technologies,new business forms,new industries and new models have become necessary requirements for industrial upgrading and development in today’s society,and the social demand for talents in building electrical and intelligent profession is constantly advancing with the times.This paper takes the construction of building electrical and intelligent specialty of Changchun Institute of engineering as an example,and introduces a series of teaching reforms and practices with the core of“student ability improvement”under the background of new engineering,combined with the school running orientation and talent training objectives.It mainly includes:by building an applied talent training system of“segmented training,modular teaching and strengthening practice”;making use of new technologies and new means,integrating and optimizing the curriculum system,the curriculum construction of multi-dimensional teaching methods are carried out to build a multi-level and modular practice platform,to exercise students’engineering practice ability.“Taking competition instead of practice”to cultivate innovative consciousness and improve students’practical and innovative ability.
