摘　　要：英国《理查德学徒制报告》提出要建构雇主主导现代学徒制,政府在采纳后又先后推出了《英格兰学徒制的未来——〈理查德学徒制报告〉的延续》《英格兰学徒制的未来——执行计划》以及《学徒制改革进程——效益实现战略》对学徒制进行动态实时质量监测,这开启了英国雇主主导现代学徒制的新纪元,加快了英国现代学徒制的高质量发展。The Richard Apprenticeship Report in the UK proposes building a modern apprentice⁃ship mechanism led by employers.After it was adopted by the government,“The Future of English Ap⁃prenticeship-Continuation of the Richard Apprenticeship Report”“The Future of English Apprentice⁃ship-Implementation Plan”“The Process of Apprenticeship Reform-Strategies for Achieving Bene⁃fits”were launched to monitor the dynamic real-time quality of apprenticeship,opening a new era of modern apprenticeship dominated by British employers and accelerating the high-quality development of modern apprenticeship in Britain.
