摘 要:随着城市化进程加快,城市人口持续增加,生活生产中产生了越来越多的城市污泥,因此对城市污泥的处理迫在眉睫。通过向城市污泥中投入不同添加量的反硝化细菌来降低污泥中有机质、氨氮、总氮、总磷和不稳定态重金属的含量,由试验结果确定最佳添加量为15 g/m3。从单一变量试验中得出温度为25℃,上覆水体的pH=6.5时最利于反硝化作用。在进行单一碳源和复合碳源的比选时,加入复合碳源比单一碳源对有机质的去除率高14.1%,最终选择复合碳源作为反硝化细菌碳的来源。利用微生物先期处理后的污泥再加入生石灰除污脱水,采用水泥作为固化材料,通过正交试验,最终选择固化土的最终配比为25%(污泥/干土)、13%水和8%水泥,其在28 d的无侧限抗压强度为550.17 kPa。处理后的污泥固化土经酸雨淋洗确定满足重金属排放标准,可作为土工材料。With the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous increase of urban population,more and more municipal sludge is produced.So it is extremely urgent to deal with municipal sludge.The contents of organic matter,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and unstable heavy metals in municipal sludge are reduced by adding different amounts of denitrifying bacteria.The optimum amount of denitrifying bacteria is determined to be 15 g/m 3 according to the experimental results.From the single variable experiment,it is concluded that the denitrification is most favorable when the temperature is 25℃and the pH of overlying water is 6.5.After comparison between single carbon source with composite carbon source,the removal rate of organic matter by adding composite carbon source is 14.1%higher than that by single carbon source.Finally,composite carbon source is selected as the carbon source of denitrifying bacteria.The sludge treated by microorganism in advance is added with quicklime for decontamination and dewatering,and cement is used as solidification material.Through the orthogonal test,the final ratio of solidified soil is 25%(sludge/dry soil),13%water and 8%cement,and its unconfined compressive strength in 28 days is 550.17 kPa.The treated sludge solidified soil is determined to meet the discharge standard of heavy metals after acid rain leaching,and can be used as geotechnical materials.
