摘　　要：为解决立式半连铸工艺条件下,超大截面圆坯出坯难题,开发一种适用于?1 350 mm/?1 600 mm圆坯半连铸倾翻出坯装置。对出坯钩进行强度校核,最大应力为87.74 MPa,远小于Q355B钢板的许用应力值。该倾翻出坯装置结构简单,操作安全,对厂房高度要求低,投资少,易于实现自动化控制。In order to solve the problem of oversize cross-section round billet run-out of vertical semi-continuous caster,a tilting device forФ1350 mm/Ф1600 mm round billet is developed.Strength investigation shows that the maximum stress of the billet hook is 87.74 MPa,much lower than the allowable force of Q355B steel plate.The billet tilting device has the characteristic of simple structure,safe operation,free building height,low investment and easy to realize automatic control.
