摘　　要：以广州恒大体育场项目为依托,利用建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)施工管理平台解决体育场工程施工过程中存在的结构复杂、施工数据多、管理模式落后等问题,构建系统化、数据化的智能施工管理平台。BIM施工管理平台集三维交互、技术管理、进度管理、质量管理、安全管理、成本管理、物料管理和权限管理等于一体,实现了对施工项目人材机、施工对象、施工现场等一体化智能管理。Based on Guangzhou Evergrande Stadium project,the BIM construction management platform solves the problems existing in the construction process of stadium engineering,such as complex structure,large amount of construction data and backward management mode,and forms a systematic and data-oriented intelligent construction management platform.The BIM construction management platform integrates three-dimensional interaction,technology management,schedule management,quality management,safety management,cost management,material management and authority management into the unified system,realizing the integrated intelligent management of construction project personnel,materials and machines,construction objects and construction site.
